A mutual fund is an investment entity that pools assets from several investors and invests that money in a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds and other securities. Nevis allows the establishment of mutual funds as Nevis business corporations under the Nevis Business Corporations Ordinance, 2017; as a unit trust under the Nevis International Exempt Trust Ordinance, 1994; as a Nevis limited liability company under the Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance, 2017; or as a partnership under the Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts) and Nevis Limited Partnerships Act, 1996.
