Keilly Perez works as an Of Counsel for Dash and Associates and manages the law firm’s trust company and corporate services.

Keilly most recently worked as a Consultant for a leading Saint Kitts Nevis law firm to develop business for the firm’s trust company to Spanish-speaking and Latino clients. She helped to explain the benefits of using Nevis-registered corporations, companies, trusts and foundations for business planning and wealth structuring.

She previously practiced in Bogota, Colombia as a private attorney in the areas of administrative law, commercial law, family law and criminal defense. She has also worked as a Conciliatory Prosecutor in the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Colombia specializing the prosecution of the crimes of corruption, money laundering, drug trafficking and sexual violence.

Keilly is a Member of the National Bar of the Republic of Colombia. She was educated in Colombia and received her Degree in Public Law and Diploma in Private Law from the Universidad Catolica de Colombia in 2013.

Keilly is a natural Spanish speaker and is conversant in English.
